Self-Management Tools and Controls

ELITE.GAMES provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools designed to help you maintain control over your participation. These tools are easily accessible through your account settings and can be activated, modified, or deactivated at any time to suit your needs.

Deposit Limits allow you to set maximum amounts that can be deposited into your ELITE.GAMES wallet within specified time periods. You can establish daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that align with your entertainment budget. Once a limit is reached, you will be unable to deposit additional funds until the time period resets. Deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a seventy-two (72) hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Spending Limits restrict the total amount you can spend on raffle tickets and auction bids within a given timeframe. Unlike deposit limits which control wallet funding, spending limits directly govern your participation expenditure regardless of your wallet balance.

Session Time Limits enable you to set maximum durations for your platform sessions. When your session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and prevented from logging back in until a specified cooling-off period has elapsed.

Reality Checks are periodic notifications that appear during your platform sessions to remind you of the time you have spent and the amount you have wagered. You can customize the frequency of these reminders to maintain awareness of your participation levels.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

For users who need stronger protective measures, ELITE.GAMES offers self-exclusion options that temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment and should be carefully considered as a tool for regaining control over problematic participation behavior.

Withdrawal of Funds During Self-Exclusion is permitted to ensure you retain access to your money. If you have a wallet balance at the time of self-exclusion, you may request a withdrawal through customer support.
